For selling most stores open at 2:00am M-F

The busy hours are from 4:00am to 10:00am, varies on the season.

On weekends most are open from 6:00am to 12:00pm,
Not all businesses are open on Saturday and a very few are open on Sunday.

The Chicago International Produce Market ® is for wholesale business only,
If you have a Tax ID Number bring it with you..

Every business has different policies on credit and check purchases.

Entering The Market

Cars and Trucks coming to the market to buy produce, when you come to the gate entrance of The Chicago International Produce Market ® you will have to obtain a visitor pass. You display this on your front window of your car or truck.

Truck Loads

Entering the market for receiving will be given a gate receipt that you give to the receiver of the business you are going to along with your other bills.
